We keep a selection of all the parts and pieces at our design warehouse downtown.
After you book your package plan a visit so we can pull together your sample table and make a plan for all the additional pieces you may need.
Plan to spend 2 hours with us making your design choices and reviewing your timeline.
What is included and what costs extra?
Generally, your tables and chairs, linens, napkins and charger plates are included in your contract.

We have a selection of table sizes and chair styles.
Chiavari, cross back, folding, white, brown silver or gold.
Once we have a sense of your style, we can point you in the right direction.
We keep all the colors and textures in stock.
Your linens can add that burst of color that sets the scene for your event.
Your napkin selection can provide the accent color to set your design apart.
You may want a colorful runner with an added texture down the center of your table.
Choosing your colors to match your theme is an important step and allows your design to be cohesive.
We have a very large selection of various center pieces and accent pieces.
You may be going for subtle or making a statement. We have the pieces to make your heart flutter.
Picking out the small accents can definitely bring your event to life.
We have a selection of arches. Let us know the shape of your dream and we will match you to one of our arches.
Set the stage for your moment with a unique arch design.
We have a selection of charger plates and place settings.
Your caterer will often include some standard options but if you are looking for something specific, we have selections for you.
A special goblet or plate can add a nuance of style to your place settings.
You will have an appointment with your floral designer.
Your floral selections will complement your table designs.
Your package comes with 12 floral center pieces, bouquets and boutonnieres. You can purchase additional florals at your floral appointment.
Think about your colors and style and your floral designer will help you choose seasonal flowers that match your design.
We have a selection of Dance Floor styles:
When you meet with your DJ you will select your Dance Floor along with planning your: up lights, sparkler machines, flog machines and other special effects
Your Dance floor varies in size depending on the style you select.
We coordinate the delivery and pickup of all your rental items. So, you don't have to worry about shuffling tables and chairs around.
We do not manage your personal decor items. Please make sure these are assigned to a member of your family. For example, your memorial table of guest book table items.
Your seating chart, seating placards and table numbers need to be assigned to a family member also. Management and removal of these items is solely the client's responsibility.
